You do not need a finalised budget, a completed building, or a polished brief before writing to us. Institutions approach Fusion VR at every stage, from a first idea to a sanctioned project awaiting execution, and the opening conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. A few honest lines about your story and your space are enough to start.
A useful first message covers five things: the story or subject you want the museum to carry; whether a space exists, is under construction, or is yet to be planned; how far the idea has been agreed inside your institution; any date that drives the timeline, such as a planned inauguration; and any document you already hold, from a concept note to a tender. If a budget is already sanctioned, say so, and we will tell you what it can realistically achieve within it. What happens next is simple: we read your message, come back with a few questions where needed, and tell you which step of the journey your project is actually at, whether that is a feasibility study, an initial project report, or a detailed project report. Nothing settles the question of quality like standing inside the experience. Institutions are welcome to visit our Chennai studio, by prior appointment, and see working immersive demonstrations before committing to anything. Where it helps, Fusion VR can also arrange a visit to a completed digital museum in public operation, so you judge the real thing rather than a showreel.
At the studio you experience the technology working, not described: stereoscopic 3D projection, virtual reality, spatial audio and interactive content, demonstrated by the same creative and technical teams who would build your project, with time to discuss your requirement in person. Reference-site visits go one step further. Depending on location and permissions, we can facilitate access to completed government museums, memorial museums and heritage experience centres across India, and identify the one most relevant to your project, so you can assess visual quality, visitor engagement, durability and day-to-day operation in live public conditions. Several of these installations have run reliably for years, which is itself evidence of engineering and delivery quality. Tender evaluation committees are especially welcome: we hold that an immersive experience cannot be judged on paper, and Fusion VR is glad to be assessed on the strength of the built work.
