This Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data through our website, business enquiries, meetings and demonstrations, customer projects, events and training programmes, and recruitment. It applies to website visitors, customers and their representatives, partners and vendors, event and training participants, job applicants, and anyone else who contacts us.
We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable privacy laws.
For data we collect through our own website and business activities, Fusion VR decides why and how it is processed. Where we process data solely on a customer's behalf as part of a project or managed service, that customer remains responsible for it and we act on their documented instructions.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as government IDs, financial details, health or biometric data through our general website forms. Please do not submit it unless we have specifically requested it for an authorised purpose.
We collect this information directly from you (through website forms, email, phone, WhatsApp, meetings, events and applications), from customers or institutions that nominate participants, from authorised partners and referral sources, and from publicly available professional sources. Where another organisation provides us your details, we expect them to have the authority to do so.
We use personal data to:
We will not use your data for a materially different purpose without giving you notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.
Depending on the situation and applicable law, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, information you voluntarily provide for a stated purpose, the need to respond to your request or perform a contract, a legal or regulatory obligation, the protection of people or systems, or legitimate business interests that do not override your rights.
Where we rely on consent, it will be free, specific and informed, and you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful beforehand.
We may send you information about our services, case studies, events, webinars and industry developments. Where required, we will ask for this separately, and it is never a condition of submitting a project enquiry.
You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link, by replying to the message, or by contacting us using the details below. We may still send necessary service, project, contractual and security communications.

Service providers are required to use personal data only for authorised purposes and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.
We do not sell personal data. We do not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Where a law treats certain cookie-based disclosures as a sale or sharing, we will provide the required notice and opt-out.
We work with customers, partners and technology providers in India and abroad, so personal data may be transferred to or accessed from other countries. Where such transfers are restricted by law, we apply appropriate safeguards such as contractual data-protection clauses, transfer agreements, access and confidentiality restrictions, approved transfer mechanisms and risk assessments. We do not transfer data to any jurisdiction prohibited under applicable law.
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for. In deciding how long, we consider the nature and duration of the relationship or project, contractual and statutory record requirements, audit and dispute-resolution needs, limitation periods, consent status, the sensitivity of the information, and our approved retention schedule.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it, or archive it with restricted access where retention is legally required.
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and its risks, including role-based access controls, authentication and account management, endpoint and network security, secure storage and backup, confidentiality obligations, controlled project repositories, supplier security requirements, incident management, security awareness and periodic review of controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify affected individuals, customers and authorities where required by law or contract.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
These rights are subject to identity verification, legal exemptions and retention obligations. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14 with your name and contact details, what you are asking for, the relevant interaction or project, and enough information for us to verify your identity and locate your records. We may ask for more information to confirm your identity or authority, and we will respond within the period the law requires. Where we hold the data solely on behalf of a customer, we may refer your request to them.
Information submitted for employment, internship, consulting or contractor opportunities is used to assess your suitability, communicate with you about the application, verify qualifications and professional history, conduct interviews and assessments, meet legal and administrative requirements, and, where permitted, consider you for future roles. Access is limited to authorised persons and our recruitment service providers. If you apply through an external platform, that provider's privacy policy also applies.
Our website and general business services are not directed at children. Individuals under eighteen should not submit personal data through the website without a parent, guardian or authorised institution involved.
Where we deliver museum, academic, training or immersive experiences involving children, we process their data only for a defined and appropriate purpose, under the instructions of the customer or institution, with verifiable parental or guardian authorisation where required, with appropriate access and security controls, and without any tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising prohibited by law. If we learn that children's data has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or regularise the processing.
We do not ordinarily make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. If we introduce such processing, we will provide the notice, explanation and safeguards the law requires.
Our website may link to or integrate third-party services such as video and social media platforms, messaging services, recruitment forms, maps, scheduling tools and meeting platforms. We do not control their privacy practices, so please review their policies before using them.
